DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
The Company has been informed today by Kenneth Rooney, Deputy Chairman and Group Chief Executive, that on 10 June 2011 he purchased 8,825 ordinary shares of 5pence each representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 280 pence per ordinary share.
Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 251,502 shares, representing 0.84% of the total shares in issue.
