Director Shareholding
The Company has been informed today by Kenneth Rooney, Deputy Chairman, that on 25 September 2012 he sold 62,944 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 357 pence per Ordinary Share.
Mr Rooney also sold 4,398 Ordinary Shares at 368 pence under the Company's Inland Revenue approved All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) on the same day.
Finally, Mr Rooney confirms that he previously transferred for nil consideration 40,163 Ordinary Shares to his ex-wife and children and that these shares should no longer form part of his overall beneficial and non-beneficial holding.
Following these transactions, Mr Rooney remains interested in 5,170 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
