DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Personal Group Holdings plc, today announces that Nigel Brittle is stepping down from the Board of Directors with immediate effect to pursue other opportunities. Ken Rooney will resume the role of Chief Executive Officer that he held prior to Nigel's appointment.

The Company wishes to place on record its gratitude to Nigel for his service to the Company over the past two years.
