Holdings in Company - Donation of Shares to Charity
The Company has today been informed that on 15 February 2022 Christopher Johnston, the Company's founder and substantial shareholder, has gifted 326,522 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to Clayesmore School, a registered charity.
Following this gift, Christopher Johnston retains a beneficial interest in 11,336,533 Ordinary Shares, including 138,333 shares held by his wife, representing approximately 36.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Mr Johnston, who is a Clayesmore Alumnus , understands from the trustees that the School intends to be a long-term holder of these shares in the Company.
