Multiple Care Sector Contract Wins
Personal Group (AIM:PGH), a leading provider of employee benefits and employee related insurance products in the UK, is pleased to announce a series of four contract wins, which will allow them to provide benefit services to 11,700 staff. Sunrise Senior Living, Gracewell Healthcare, Quantum Care, and The Orders of St John Care Trust signed contracts in April 2015, adding to the two million employees Personal Group already provides benefit services to.
Sunrise Senior Living delivers resident-centred residential care, assisted living, nursing and dementia care services, employing 3,700 staff. Founded in 1981, Sunrise has over 30 years' experience in the care industry, providing services to over 2,000 residents in 27 communities across the UK. Gracewell Healthcare, sister company to Sunrise Senior Living, employ 1,200 staff and specialise in a new generation of high quality, luxurious care homes based across the South East, South West and Midlands. Both care establishments will be launching a range of lifestyle benefits to their staff.
Quantum Care provides a variety of services for more than 2,000 elderly residents across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. Quantum Care was formed in 1992 and was one of the first companies created to operate care homes that were formally owned and operated by a local authority. They employ 2,400 staff, who will receive access to lifestyle benefits and an 'Employee Assistance Programme' (EAP).
The Orders of St John Care Trust is a company steeped in history and has over 1,000 years of experience in care, relief and service. Today the Trust provides care for over 3,500 residents in 70 care homes and seven extra care housing schemes, employing 4,400 staff. The Orders of St John Care Trust's employees will gain from lifestyle benefits and an 'EAP'.
