Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM; PGH) a leading provider of employee benefits, employee related insurance products and financial services in the UK, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on Monday 4 April 2016. The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday 5 May 2016 at John Ormond House, 899 Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 3XL.
