Personal Group, employee benefit insurers and consultants, will announce its
Interim Results for the six months to 30th June 2003 on 29th September 2003.

The Company also announces the following dates in its financial calendar for the
year ending 31st December 2003:

•  Payment of 1st interim dividend                        -   29th October 2003

•  Preliminary results for year ended 31st December 2003  -   March 2004

•  Publication of Report and Accounts for 2003            -   March 2004

•  Payment of 2nd interim dividend                        -   March 2004

•  AGM                                                    -   April 2004

•  Payment of final dividend                              -   0May 2004
