Share issue and Director/PDMR Dealing
Further to the Company's announcement on 27 February 2019 regarding the completion of the acquisition of Innecto People Consulting Limited, the Company announces that Deborah Frost, Chief Executive, has acquired 299,237 new ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the terms of the Subscription Agreement.
Following this transaction, Deborah Frost has an interest in 300,020 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company representing in aggregate, approximately 0.96 per cent. of its issued share capital.
Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company's announcement dated 6 February 2019, under RNS number '1798P'.
