PETARDS GROUP PLC ('PETARDS' OR 'THE COMPANY')
APPOINTMENT OF FINANCE DIRECTOR
Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security systems, announces the
following appointment to its Board of Directors:
Andrew Wonnacott (41) has been appointed Finance Director with effect from 7th
March 2005. He was previously Finance Director of IGG Component Technology
Limited, a private-equity backed business. He has held financial controllership
positions at Bulloughs PLC and GBE International PLC and was a senior manager
with Ernst & Young.
There are no other details to be disclosed of directorships held by Andrew
Robert Wonnacott in any other publicly quoted company at any time in the
previous five years. There are no further disclosures to be made according to
Schedule 2 (paragraph (f)) of the AIM Rules.
