Petards, the AIM quoted software developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that it has received notification that Raschid Abdullah, Chairman, has sold 141,433 ordinary shares at a price of 29.75 pence each.  Following the sale, Mr Abdullah is directly interested in 1,158,972 ordinary shares.
