                                 Board changes



Further to the announcement on 27 September 2002, the Company announces that
James Shand, Finance Director, has been dismissed with immediate effect.



In addition, the Company announces that Owen Williams, Executive Chairman and
temporary Chief Executive, has offered his resignation to the board and such
resignation has been accepted. In order to effect an orderly handover of
responsibilities Owen Williams will remain available to the Company on a
consultancy basis until the end of the financial year. Further, Ian Taylor has
agreed to become Chairman with immediate effect.



The board is actively progressing the recruitment of new management and hopes to
announce an appointment in the near future. In addition, the review of the
business referred to in the announcement dated 27 September 2002 continues and
the results of that review and the expected timing of the announcement of the
Company's results for the six months ended 30 June 2002 will be communicated to
shareholders as soon as is practicable.
