Appointment of Director
Screen, a leading provider of advanced security and surveillance systems,
announces the appointment of David Hayes, aged 45, as a director of Screen plc
and Managing Director - Security & Surveillance Division with effect from Monday
15th March 2004. He takes over from John Bunce who was on a short term
assignment with the Company.
David Hayes was a founder of FSS Group Ltd, a business which developed and sold
integrated reservations, administration and accounting software for tour
operators, with offices in the UK, USA and Australia. In December 2001 FSS Group
was sold to Anite Business Systems, part of Anite Group Plc. Following the
acquisition, as Commercial Director, he had responsibility for the integration
of the business' sales and supplier relationships. He left Anite, in 2003, to
pursue a new challenge.
