CHANGE OF DIRECTORS
Screen, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security systems, announces the
following changes to its Board of Directors:
Chris Langridge, Finance Director, has stepped down from the Board of Screen
with effect from 31st January 2005. Chris joined the Company in December 2003 in
an interim role to help stabilise the group's financial position and implement a
recovery programme. Following the recent £5.67m placing and new banking
agreement, he is now moving on to another assignment. We are grateful for the
help that Chris has given us over the last fourteen months. The Board has
identified a suitable replacement for Chris and expects to make an announcement
concerning his appointment to the Board shortly.
Bill Conn has also been appointed with effect from 1st February 2005 as a
Director of the Company. He joined Joyce-Loebl Limited as Managing Director in
September 2004. He was previously Managing Director of the Electrical Drives
Worldwide Division of ALSTOM, the transport group. He has many years' experience
in the rail transport and aerospace industries.
There are no other details to be disclosed of directorships held by William
Francis Eric James Conn in any other publicly quoted company at any time in the
previous five years. There are no further disclosures to be made according to
Schedule 2 (paragraph (f)) of the AIM Rules.
