SCREEN PLC ('Screen or 'the Company')
The Company was informed today that Owen Williams, Chairman of Screen, has
today sold 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company, which
represents 3.43% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, at a price of
3p per share. Following this transaction, Owen Williams holds 31.8% of the
issued ordinary share capital in the Company.
