The Company announces the appointment of SG Securities (London) Ltd ('SG
Securities') as joint Nominated Broker to the Company with effect from 1
February 2001.  Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited who are currently the Company's
Nominated Broker will continue to act for the Company as Nominated Broker
alongside SG Securities.
