                 Notice of posting of circular to shareholders

Screen plc, to be renamed Petards Group plc, the AIM quoted developer of
advanced security systems, announces that the circular to shareholders referred
to in the announcement issued on the 16th December was posted to shareholders on
21 December.



Copies of the circular are available from the offices of Screen plc (8 Windmill
Business Village, Brooklands Close, Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex TW16 7DY) for a
period of not less than 1 month from Admission (28 January 2005).
