Petards, the AIM listed developer of advanced surveillance systems, announces
that it will now announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December
2005 on 19 June 2006.  This short delay has arisen due to some minor procedural
matters relating to the completion of the audit process.  The Company
re-confirms that these results will be broadly in line with market expectations.
