ISSUE OF 734,309 SHARES
In conjunction with its acquisition of Joyce-Loebl Group Ltd, announced on 24
December 2001, Screen Plc, a leading provider of advanced security and
communication systems, announces that it has issued and allotted 734,309 new
ordinary shares of 1p each in a placing at 55p per share to raise £403,870
before expenses. Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM.
In addition to the 3,869,964 new ordinary shares admitted to trading on AIM on
31 December 2001 this brings the total number of new ordinary shares placed in
conjunction with the acquisition of Joyce-Loebl Group Ltd to 4,604,273,
raising a total £2,532,350 before expenses.
