                     Restoration of shares & contract gain

Further to the statement made by the Company on 12 December 2005, the Board can
confirm that the revised 2004 Report & Accounts are being posted to shareholders
today and therefore expects that the trading facility in the Company's ordinary
shares on AIM will be restored with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 15 December 2005.

The Group has been awarded a £1.1m contract by Air France Industries to supply
specialist displays for AWACS aircraft.  The equipment will be delivered in 2006
and the contract includes a 5 year maintenance and support package.
