Screen Plc ('the Company')
Update
Further to the announcements made on 27 September and 1 October 2002, a senior
interim management team has been retained to work with the Board of Screen Plc
in producing a reorganisation plan.
This process has the support of the Company's bankers, Halifax Bank of Scotland
(HBOS), and is expected to take a further two weeks. Shortly after that process
has been concluded, the directors would expect the Company to be in a position
to make further announcements concerning, amongst other things, the conclusions
reached in the reorganisation plan and the interim results for the six months
ended 30 June 2002. Subject to the adoption of the reorganisation plan, it is
the objective of the directors to restore the Company's shares to trading on
AIM.
