Petershill Partners plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of USD$0.01 each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds none of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,140,895,554 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
