On 14 October 2005 the Company was notified that one of its directors, David
Abery, had on that date purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the
Company at a price of 64 pence per share.  The total holding of Mr Abery
following this purchase is 50,000 shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
