In accordance with the Equity Line of Credit Agreement announced on 11 June
2002, 296,977 new ordinary shares will be issued to Cornell Capital Partners
Offshore LP to satisfy the put of £55,000.00. This is equivalent to 18.52p per
share.

Application has been made for 296,977 new ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will occur on 1 August 2002.
