Listing Rule 9.6.14 (R) Disclosure

Petra announces, in accordance with LR 9.6.14 (R), that Hillaren Lerato Molebatsi, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of Curro Holdings Limited, a South African company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.  This appointment will take effect from 1 February 2024.
