Petra Diamonds Limited advises that it will announce its Preliminary Results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2012 on 24 September 2012.

An analyst briefing will be held at 9:30am BST at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, on the day of the results and a webcast will be hosted simultaneously.  Details of the webcast will be available in the results announcement.
