The amendment is to correct the percentage of the Company's issued share capital that Richard Duffy's holding of 240,000 shares represents, from approximately 0.3% to approximately 0.03%. Richard Duffy, Chief Executive Officer, today purchased 240,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Shares") in the Company at 21.35 pence per Share. As a result of this trade, Richard Duffy now holds 240,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
