Total Voting Rights
Petra Diamonds today announces that in conformity with the Transparency Directive, Petra's capital as at 30 December 2011 consists of 501,351,601 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Petra is 501,351,601.
The above figure of 501,351,601 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Petra under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
