Directors/PDMR Shareholdings
In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, Petrofac Limited (the Company) was notified today
that the Nola Trust (the Trust), a trust in which a director of the Company,
Maroun Semaan and his close family are beneficiaries, distributed 1,000,000
shares in the Company on 11 December 2007 to him.
Mr Semaan subsequently transferred the 1,000,000 shares for no value to members
of his extended family on 13 December 2007 and consequently ceased to have any
beneficial interest in them.
The Trust currently holds 33,068,799 shares, which represents 9.57% of the
Company's issued share capital.
The Company has 345,434,858 shares in issue as at today's date and all shares
have equal voting rights.
