Notice of Annual General Meeting

The 2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Petrofac Limited (the Company) will be held at The Royal Academy of Engineering, Prince Philip House, 3 Carlton House Terrace, London, SW1Y 5DG on Thursday, 15 May 2014 at 10.30am.

In connection with the AGM, the following documents have been posted or have otherwise been made available to shareholders today:

-     Annual Report and Accounts for 2013

-     Notice of the 2014 AGM

-     Form of Proxy

The Annual Report and Accounts for 2013 and the Notice of AGM are available to view on the Company's website www.petrofac.com.  

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
