NOTICE OF CAPITAL MARKETS DAY 2011

Petrofac, the international oil & gas facilities service provider, will hold a capital markets afternoon in London on 14 June 2011 focusing on the Energy Developments and Production Solutions businesses. The event will be hosted by Ayman Asfari, Group Chief Executive, Keith Roberts, Chief Financial Officer and Andy Inglis, Chief Executive of Energy Developments and Production Solutions.
