Pets at Home Group Plc: Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Pets at Home Group Plc, the UK's leading specialist retailer of pet food, accessories and services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Iddon as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from 17^th October 2016.  On joining the Group Mike will become an Executive Director of the Company and a member of the Board.

Mike was the Chief Financial Officer of New Look from 2014 until earlier this year. Prior to this Mike held a number of finance roles at Tesco plc over a period of thirteen years, with his final position as Group Planning, Treasury and Tax Director. Before this he held finance roles with Kingfisher plc and Whitbread plc. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen.

Mark Adams, Interim Chief Financial Officer, will leave the Group on 25^th November 2016.
