                               Additional Listing


The Company has made application for 144,176 ordinary shares of £0.20 each to be
admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange.

The shares which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company will be issued pursuant to the exercise of certain share options under
the terms of the SOCO 1997 Company Share Option Plan as announced on 16 June
2006.
