Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that on Friday 12 September 2008, Mr John Snyder, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 100,000 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each ('Shares') on the open market at a price of £14.03 per Share.

Following this transaction, which represents 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company, Mr Snyder is interested in 100,000 Shares, representing 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
