                            DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING


The Company has been notified that Mr Robert Cathery has today acquired a
further 30,000 ordinary shares of £0.20 each ('Shares') in SOCO International.
The Shares were purchased at a price of £12.28 per Share.


Following this transaction, Mr Cathery has an interest in 100,000 Shares.
