The Company announces that Mr George Hepler, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, has today completed an exercise over options granted under the SOCO 1997 Company Share Option Plan to acquire 73,351 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each which were then sold in the open market at an average sale price of £12.63.
