DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan

and the Deferred Share Bonus Plan

SOCO announces that on 25 January 2017, Executive Directors of the Company, Ed Story, Roger Cagle and Cynthia Cagle, were awarded 966,500, 724,900 and 494,300 ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares"), respectively, under the SOCO International plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").  On the same date, Antony Maris, Chief Operating Officer of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), was awarded 398,600 Shares under the LTIP and 100,000 Shares under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan.  On the date of these awards, the market price of the Shares at the last closing was 153.00p.
