The Company has been informed that on 08 April 2002, Mr Roger Brittain, non-
executive Director, acquired an interest in 2,900 ordinary shares in the Company
at a purchase price of £2.35 per share. Following this transaction, Mr Brittain
has an interest in 106,400 shares, representing 0.149% of the issued share
capital of the company.
