Notification of Directors' Interests
The Company has been notified that Mantegna Consultadoria E Servicos Limitada
('Montegna'), of which Mr Rui de Sousa owns 100% of the issued share capital,
has transferred warrants to subscribe ('Warrants') for 14,685 ordinary shares
of 20p each in the share capital of the Company ('Shares), 925,187 Shares and
528,678 Shares at a price of 55p, 60p and 65p, respectively, to Palamos Ltd
('Palamos'), which is owned by a trust company whose potential ultimate
beneficiary is the family of Mr de Sousa.
Following the transfer, Mr de Sousa's interest comprises the aforementioned
Warrants held by Palamos along with 2,357,478 Shares and Warrants for 162,607
Shares at a price of 55p held by Quantic Limited of which Mr de Sousa owns 50%
of the issued ordinary share capital and 589,619 Shares and Warrants for 40,652
Shares at a price of 55p held by New Falcon Oil Limited of which Mr de Sousa
owns 100% of the ordinary share capital.
