The Company has been notified that Pontoil Intertrade Ltd today acquired 264,375 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each ('Shares').

Following this acquisition, which represents 0.35% of the total voting rights of the Company, Pontoil Intertrade Ltd holds 16,649,799 Shares, representing 22.21% of the current total voting rights of the Company.
