Notice of Meeting and Annual Report & Accounts

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts 2008 and circular which includes a Notice of Annual General Meeting, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Ashurst LLP,

Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA on 24 June 2008 at 10.00am. 

The Notice of Annual General Meeting includes a resolution to adopt new articles of association (the 'New Articles'), in order to update the Company's current articles of association, primarily to take account of changes in English company law brought about by the Companies Act 2006. A copy of the proposed New Articles of the Company has been forwarded to the FSA in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.1.2, and is also available for inspection at the offices of the Company's solicitors, Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA during usual business hours.

The Annual Report and Accounts 2008 and the circular, which includes the Notice of Annual General Meeting, are also available on the Company's website www.socointernational.co.uk.
