RESULT OF AGM

The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting, held today at the offices of Ashurst, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA, all resolutions put before the meeting were duly passed.

Details of the proxy votes received by the Company before the AGM in respect of each resolution will shortly be available on the Company website, www.socointernational.co.uk.

As required by the Listing Rules, a copy of all the resolutions passed, other than those concerning ordinary business, will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
