Phoenix Group Holdings (the "Company") - Board Appointment of Jim McConville

Following the Company's announcement on 29 May 2012 of the appointment of Jim McConville as Group Finance Director, Mr McConville was formally appointed as a Director of the Company with immediate effect at a Board Meeting of the Company held on 28 June 2012.

There are no disclosures to be made under LR 9.6.13R further to those made in the announcement of 29 May 2012.
