Phoenix Group Holdings

The PDMRs below were each granted options over Ordinary shares of €0.0001 under the terms of the Phoenix Group Sharesave Scheme (HMRC approved) at an option price of £6.31.  The option price represents a 20% discount to the average of the closing middle market share prices preceding the invitation date. The PDMRS have entered into a savings contract for a period of 3 years commencing on 1 June 2017.  The options will become exercisable between 1 June 2020 and 1 December 2020.
