(The "Company" or "PSDL")

The Company was notified on 27 September that, on the same date, Quentin Spicer, a Director of Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited together with his wife, Jayne Elizabeth Spicer, acquired 8,400 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 296.5p per share (Transaction).

Following this transaction, the beneficial holding of Mr. Spicer and his connected persons is equal to 31,600 shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Transaction was effected by Jupiter Trustees Limited acting as trustee of St Kitts Pension Trust.
