The Board of Directors of Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited (LSE: PSDL.LN), the UK listed investment company specialising in Berlin residential real estate, previously announced that Monique O'Keefe has notified the Board of her intention to retire as Senior Independent Director in order to take up a senior executive position at another company and that she would be stepping down from all PSD responsibilities with effect from 3^rd March 2022. In order to assist with board succession Monique has agreed to defer her retirement from the Board until 31^st March 2022.
