The Board of Directors of Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited (LSE: PSDL.LN), the UK listed investment company specialising in Berlin residential real estate, announces that Monique O'Keefe has notified the Board of her intention to retire as Senior Independent Director in order to take up a senior executive position at another company. Accordingly, she will be stepping down from all PSD responsibilities with effect from 3rd March 2022.
Robert Hingley, Chairman, commented, "Monique has made an exceptional contribution in her five years on the PSD Board. We are very sorry to see her leave, but wish her every success in her new role."
