Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 08 June 2021 to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares, it repurchased 6,809 ordinary shares at a price of 360.60 pence per share, to be held in treasury, on 25 April 2022.

Following this transaction, the Company has in issue 100,751,410 ordinary shares of which 8,352,400 are held in treasury.

For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure of 92,399,010 voting rights when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
