Issue of equity
The board of PHSC plc ('PHSC' or 'Company') announces the issue of 40,000 new
ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 62p per
share creating £23,387 after costs towards additional working capital. These
shares were issued to market-makers on 4 July 2005 in order to maintain an
orderly market in the Company's shares.
Following the issue of these shares the issued share capital of the Company is
9,825,504. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM.
