Purchase of own shares

The Company has today used its discretionary authority to purchase 15,000 ordinary shares on the market  at
a price of 54pence per ordinary share. These 15,000 shares will be cancelled.

Following their cancellation, PHSC plc will have a total of 9,795,504 Ordinary Shares in issue.
