                 Physiomics plc ('Physiomics' or 'the Company')

                                 Board changes


The Company announces the resignation as directors of John Pool, Duncan
Lipscombe and Edward Oliver with immediate effect. The board of directors of
Physiomics would like to express its gratitude to them for all their efforts on
behalf of the Company.

Resolutions proposing the re-election as directors of John Pool and Duncan
Lipscombe at the annual general meeting to be held on 21 December 2007 will now
be withdrawn. Paul Harper has agreed to act as chairman and further appointments
are expected to be announced in due course.
